West Ham still want to add to their attack despite the additions of Marko Arnautovic and Javier Hernandez and are trying to bring in Gabriel Barbosa on loan from Inter Milan.
Bleacher Report claim that the Hammers have been joined by seven other Premier League sides including Liverpool and Tottenham in their pursuit of the Brazilian forward.
Barbosa had a disappointing debut campaign in Serie A following his £26m move from Santos, scoring just once in 10 games for Inter who are ready to let him leave on loan or on a permanent deal if the right offer came in.

Everton, Southampton, Leicester City, Stoke City and Swansea City are all also keen on signing the 20-year-old this summer.
The Hammers along with the rest of the interested clubs have all been in touch with their respective lawyers to investigate whether they can secure a work permit on appeal for Barbosa, with the attacker unlikely to meet the criteria for one, something West Ham are fearful of.
With a bid for Balde Keita unlikely to be successful, West Ham may try and press ahead with a loan move for Barbosa, but the work-permit remains an issue.
