West Ham are desperate to bring in two quality forwards into the club this summer and have been linked with a move for Theo Walcott.
It’s understood that the Hammers are ready and willing to offer Arsenal £20m for the winger this summer, but the England international himself is not interested in a move across London, claims the Star.
The former Southampton starlet scored 19 goals in 37 games last season across all competitions but is still not a regular name on the Arsenal team sheet, and with the addition of Alexandre Lacazette, game time is expected to be even harder to come by.
Walcott wants to stay and fight for his place at the Emirates Stadium rather than pursue a move to West Ham this summer.
The Hammers are also interested in his teammate, Olivier Giroud, but the race international is also wanted by Everton, Lyon and Marseille and is not expected to join West Ham.
