West Ham will be in the market for a striker or two during the summer transfer window and they’ve once again returned to Italy in search of one.

According to Italian football journalist Tancredi Palmeri, the Hammers have made contact with Inter Milan regarding striker Eder.
The 30-year-old was a journeyman in Italian football but made his name with Sampdoria, scoring 49 goals and providing 25 assists in 135 games for the club during a three-and-a-half-year spell before joining Inter Milan on an initial loan deal in January 2016.
Inter made the move permanent the following summer for £8.3m and Eder had a decent season in a disappointing Inter side this past season, scoring 10 goals and adding six assists in 40 appearances across all competitions.
Born in Brazil, Eder has been capped 23 times by Italy, scoring six goals and is a regular in the national side these days.
New Inter manager Luciano Spalletti is believed to be interested in moving the striker on this summer and West Ham seem to be interested in bringing him to the Premier League.
