West Ham 2017/18 Premier League fixtures released

It’s that day. The 2017/18 Premier League fixtures have been released and West Ham can start planning ahead for the opening day of the season.

As we know, due to the World Athletics Championships taking place at the London Stadium this summer and the time needed to revert the stadium back into ‘football mode’, the Hammers will be playing their first three Premier League games away from home.

On August 12th, the opening day of the season, West Ham will be travelling to Old Trafford to face Manchester United. The run of successive away games to open the campaign continues with a trip to Newcastle on August 26th.

The visit of Southampton on August 19th will be rearranged due to the aforementioned athletics.

West Ham’s first home game of the Premier League season will see newly promoted Huddersfield come to the London Stadium.

As always, the first fixtures Hammers fans like to pick out are the games against Tottenham. First, West Ham welcome Tottenham back to the London Stadium on September 23rd, and travel away to White Hart Lane on December 30th.

Here’s a look at West Ham’s full fixture list for the 2017/18 Premier League season.
