As is the norm for this time of year, clubs are beginning to announce who of those that are out of contract in the summer will be staying on at the club and who will be released.
West Ham have today announced who will be retained for next season as they handed new one-year contracts to academy midfielders Moses Makasi and Noha Sylvestre while defender Alex Pike has seen a one-year extension clause in his contract activated.
As expected, Jonathan Calleri and Gokhan Tore will be returning to Deportivo Maldonado and Besiktas respectively when their loan deals expire with the club deciding not to take up the purchasing option in either deal.
Defender Alvaro Arbeloa, who signed a one-year deal last summer, will also be leaving the club when his contract expires after making just three Premier League appearances all season.
Academy players Sam Howes, Sam Ford, Kyle Knoyle and Sam Westley will all also be departing the London Stadium in the summer after their contracts expire.
