West Ham give Henry Onyekuru two weeks to agree terms

West Ham will be looking to bring in a new striker in the summer and have their eyes set on KAS Eurpen star Henry Onyekuru for the time being.

Liverpool, Bournemouth and Everton are also weighing up moves for the teenage forward, while Celtic failed with a January bid earlier this season, say the Daily Mail.

The 19-year-old forward has netted 24 goals and provided 14 assists this season in the Belgian Pro League and is tipped for a bright future in the game.

West Ham have already agreed a fee for the striker, believed to be in the region of £7m, and are the clear favourites to land his signature at this point.

However, eager to get their business done early in the transfer window, they’ve set a deadline in a fortnight’s time for Onyekuru to agree personal terms with the club or they’ll move onto other targets, OwnGoalNigeria have reported.

Anderlecht have agreed personal terms with the forward but are yet to reach an agreement over a fee with Eupen, meaning West Ham must act fast or risk missing out on the striker.
