West Ham have pulled out of the race to sign Brentford striker Scott Hogan, according to Sky Sports.
The Hammers have been linked with a move for the Championship star all month and have made numerous bids.
However, it now looks like they’ve decided not to pursue him any longer, leaving Aston Villa, Crystal Palace and West Brom to battle for his signature.

Apparently the West Ham board were happy to sanction a £15m move for Hogan but manager Slaven Bilic has seemingly had a change of heart and has decided to pull the plug on any potential move.
Whether this means he has another target in mind or that he is happy with his current options, remains to be seen.
Hammers fans have become used to seeing deals for strikers not come to fruition in recent transfer windows and it looks like we can add Hogan to the ever-growing list of forwards who ‘nearly’ joined the club.
