West Ham are one of three clubs, along with Everton and Leicester City, to have held talks about signing Jonathan Cafu.
The Brazilian winger is currently on the books of Bulgarian side Ludogorets but would understandably like to make a switch to the Premier League.
According to an exclusive report from Sports Witness, all three sides have met with the 25-year-old’s representatives to discuss a possible move and there are other clubs in the continent who also want to hold talks.

The Brazilian joined Ludogorets in 2015 and reading between the lines, he has always seen the stop in Bulgaria as a stepping stone to a bigger league and West Ham look keen to give him a chance to impress in England.
With Champions League experience and eleven goals and seven assists under his belt this year, he could be a very good addition if the Hammers can get a deal done.
