Sofiane Feghouli’s rocky start to life at West Ham could come to a swift conclusion during the January transfer window.
After joining on a free transfer from Valencia in the summer, Feghouli has made 14 appearances for the Hammers but only made his first Premier League start in the 2-0 defeat to Manchester United where he was wrongly sent off after just 15 minutes.
The Algerian has featured in the last three games for the Hammers and Slaven Bilic is ready to hand him an increased role in the side especially with Andre Ayew playing at the Africa Cup of Nations this month.

However, AS Roma are interested in signing Feghouli on loan until the end of the season, according to Gianluca Di Marzio.

The Serie A club’s director of football Ricky Massara has flown to London to hold talks with West Ham regarding a move for Feghouli, while Chelsea’s Charly Musonda and Everton’s Gerard Deulofeu are also on their radar.
Roma want to take Feghouli on loan with an option to buy him for €12m in the summer if he impresses. They remain confident of being able to get the deal done.
It’s unlikely West Ham will let him go without a replacement on the way but it’s not a shocker that Feghouli, who hasn’t been a big success since signing, is already being touted for an exit.
