The 24-year-old is one of the hottest strikers in the Championship right now and has been linked with moves away from Griffin Park and it looks like West Ham’s reported interest in him is real.
The Hammers are keen to add at least one striker to their squad and have reportedly made an offer for Sunderland’s Jermain Defoe too, so it’s unclear if they want both forwards or just one.
Either way, their £10m bid has been rejected so if they do want Hogan, they will have to up their offer.
The striker is the next player to be tipped to go from non-league to Premier League and it’s seemingly only a matter of time before he gets his wish. If he can score the goals that fellow non-league players Charlie Austin or Jamie Vardy have done in recent seasons, he’d be value for money for Slaven Bilic.
