West Ham striker Diafra Sakho is expected to miss at least three weeks’ worth of action after picking up a hamstring injury in the recent 1-1 draw with Manchester United.
The Senegalese striker scored West Ham’s goal in the game but limped off in the 66th minute and having had a scan, it looks like he’ll be ruled out until near Christmas.

The 26-year-old, who was very close to leaving the club in the summer, has has only just returned back to action after missing the first four months of the season with a back problem so this news is a cruel blow.
Sakho was very close to joining West Brom in the summer but failed his medical. However, both the player and manager Slaven Bilic had put that in the past and the striker was given another chance to prove himself so to get injured so soon after coming back will be tough to take.
