West Ham bid farewell to their home for 112 years back in May when they played their final game at the Boleyn Ground – a thrilling come-from-behind 3-2 victory over Manchester United.
The Stadium move was meant to be a step in the right direction for the Hammers. A larger capacity, a statement of intent to club around us and a great platform for success, but it’s been anything but that so far.
Four defeats from their opening five league games, including a shocking 4-2 home defeat to Watford have left fans questioning the move from the Boleyn Ground to the Olympic Stadium.

West Ham sold the Boleyn Ground to Galliard Homes and knocked down to be turned into a ‘village’ of more than 800 homes for local residents
However, it is currently being used as a film set for ‘Final Score’, an upcoming movie about a football stadium that is taken over by terrorists, with more than 30,000 fans held hostage.
Produced by The Highland Film Group, a company that West Ham co-chairman David Sullivan is an investor in, ‘Final Score’ features former James Bond actor Pierce Brosnan and former WWE superstar Dave Bautista.

Video has been leaked on social media of controlled explosions taking place at the Boleyn as part of filming, something which many fans have not taken kindly to.
