With a bright future in the game ahead of him, it’s wise to tie down someone as talented as Reece Oxford.
While Premier League rules are restricting West Ham from doing so at the moment, no such regulations have stopped Nike from tying down one of their most promising athletes.

Confirmed on Twitter today, Reece Oxford has signed a new long-term sponsorship deal with Nike.
The 17-year-old Oxford broke into the West Ham first-team last season, making an impressive Premier League debut away at Arsenal on the opening day and went on to make 14 appearances in all competitions.
In English football, you can’t sign players under the age of 18 to contracts longer than three years. West Ham handed Oxford a new deal in the last 12 months which expires in 2018, but want him in East London for the foreseeable future.
Talks are ongoing at the moment over a long-term contract for Oxford which would be signed after he turns 18 on December 15th.
Manchester United, Manchester City and Arsenal have all been linked with the England youth international in recent times.
