Slaven Bilic has confirmed that midfielder Havard Nordtveit picked up an injury against Astra Giurgiu last night and will likely miss Sunday’s trip to Manchester City.

The Hammers were knocked out of the Europa League to the Romanian side last night putting an end to their ‘European Tour’ for at least another year.
Nordtveit picked up a knock against Chelsea last week which forced him to miss the first-leg against Astra but returned for the 1-0 home win over Bournemouth last Sunday.
However, he’s suffered a recurrence of the injury suffered at Stamford Bridge and will likely miss the game at the Eithad this Sunday.
In his likely absence, Mark Noble will likely regain his place in the side after missing last night’s embarrassment due to fatigue.
