According to Mediagol, West Ham have agreed personal terms with Palermo winger/defender Achraf Lazaar.
The report says that West Ham have negotiated a three-year contract with Lazaar, which will see him earn £900k-per-year.
West Ham have offered him a deal after agreeing a €4m fee with his club, Palermo. The Palermo president was reluctant to accept, but had little choice. Lazaar has just one year left on his contract.

Lazaar has refused to sign a new deal at Palermo, which is why the Italian side have been forced into cashing in on their asset.
The 24-year-old can play at left-back, or on the left-wing, which is an attractive prospect for West Ham, The Hammers are currently on the lookout for a left-back, with Lazaar possibly being the answer to their problems.
Aaron Cresswell is expected to be out of action for four months, which is a massive blow in itself. Lazaar could fill in for him during this period if the move goes through.
