According to Gianluca Di Marzio, West Ham are very keen on signing Juventus midfielder Roberto Pereyra.
The report says that West Ham are very keen on the signing the attacking midfielder, as they look to bolster their squad ahead of the upcoming season.
West Ham, potentially, have Europa League football to contend with, which would mean squad depth would be a key issue. Adding Pereyra to the ranks would give that strength in depth, as well as add extra quality to the side.
The 25-year-old midfielder only played 13 times last season for Juventus, prompting rumours that he could be offloaded this summer. The report says that the Serie A giants are prepared to let him leave, which will come as great news to West Ham as they look to bring him to the Premier League.
He has ten caps for Argentina, and played 52 matches for Juventus the season before last, so he has the pedigree required to become a big name signing for West Ham.
