West Ham manager Slaven Bilic has praised the impact of his three substitutes as the Hammers came from 2-0 down to rescue a point at Carrow Road, and they almost managed to get a late winner.
Goals from Robbie Brady and Wes Hoolahan put the home side firmly in control of the game but Bilic brought on Andy Carroll and Victor Moses for Alex Song and Enner Valencia, and then Emmanuel Emenike for Michail Antonio and the trio made a huge impact.
Moses had a shot parried in the 74th minute which lead to Dimitri Payet getting a goal and just two minutes later, he was involved along with Carroll in the build up to Mark Noble’s equaliser.

Emenike had a great chance to win the game late on after Carroll’s flick-on, but he couldn’t sort his feet out in time and Norwich ‘keeper John Ruddy was able to collect the ball.
Speaking to WHUFC.com after the game, Bilic praised the three substitutes for their contributions:
They made the difference. They made a huge impact and I expected that from them, but the way they made that impact was great and they deserve all the praise. I am expecting them to do it because they have that quality and they showed it. The first goal was a brilliant move, but that’s why he’s Victor Moses and that’s why he is a West Ham player. I was then expecting a player to be there to finish the loose ball, whether that be Dimi or someone else. After that, we continued to press them and continued to play and scored the second one and could have won the game.
