West Ham are thought to be interested in securing the signing of Seydou Doumbia from Serie A side Roma.
The Ivory Coast international is currently on loan at his former side CSKA Moscow, where he is impressing yet again in Russia. He has scored five times in 11 league games for the club and Roma are reportedly looking to make the most out of his form and sell him on to the Premier League.
He joined Roma at the start of the year but failed to settle in Italy, playing just 13 games and scoring a meagre two goals. This came after his incredible goalscoring exploits for CSKA Moscow and BSC Young Boys, where he had scored an impressive 111 goals in just 160 league games for the two clubs combined.

However, with his career in Italy not panning out as Roma wanted, they now want to move him on quickly and get as much money for the forward as possible.
The Hammers have supposedly lodged a £16m in for him as Slaven Bilic looks to try and improve his striking options.
