Irons In For Amrabat

West Ham are reportedly interested in making a move for Galatasaray winger Nordin Amrabat, according to talkSPORT.

West Brom are also interested in the player, who has spent this past season on loan in La Liga with Malaga, who are keen on a permanent deal for the player but a struggling to agree a fee.

The 27-year-old still has two years on his contract with the Turkish side, who signed in an €8m deal from Kayserispor in 2012.

Galatasaray manager Hamza Hamzaoglu has revealed however that the player could be sold this summer.

“Amrabat is still our player and he had a good season at Malaga so we could still have plans for him,” Hamzaoğlu told TRT.

“However, if an offer is made we will consider it if the price is right.”

In line with those statements, Fanatik are reporting that Trabzonspor are set to sign the Morocco international winger in a €2.7m deal.

The club’s Sporting Director, Suleyman Hurma, held the same role at Kayserispor when the club initially brought Amrabat to Turkey from PSV in 2011.

West Ham will have to act fast if they wish to sign the player.
