Reported West Ham target Marc Bartra can be had for as little as €10m this summer, according to Spanish newspaper Sport.
The Barcelona youth product had a release clause of €10m, but due to him having played less than 60% of games for the club this season, that fee fell dramatically, thanks to a clause in his deal.
The 24-year-old defender, who can play at both right and centre-back, is behind Gerard Pique, ex-Hammer Javier Mascherano and Jeremy Mathieu in the pecking order at the Nou Camp.
Tottenham and Liverpool have both been linked to the Spaniard, who is contract at the club for another two seasons, but is considering his future at the club.
