West Ham United have made two changes for Saturday’s Championship clash with Derby County as Taty Castellanos and Joël Veltman return to Nuno Espírito Santo’s starting XI.
Veltman replaces Kyle Walker-Peters at right-back, while Castellanos comes in for Pablo alongside Joël Piroe in attack.
The rest of the side which beat Wolves 4-2 on Tuesday keeps its place, meaning Divine Mukasa starts again after his two-goal performance at London Stadium.
West Ham officially confirmed the starting XI shortly before kick-off.
Mukasa keeps place after Wolves double
Mukasa’s inclusion is no surprise after the teenager transformed Tuesday’s game.
His brace helped West Ham secure their first Championship victory of the season, while Jarrod Bowen and Konstantinos Mavropanos were also on the scoresheet.
We argued after that performance that Mukasa had made himself extremely difficult for Nuno to leave out.
That has proved correct.
The teenager starts alongside Arne Engels in midfield, with Bowen and Manor Solomon operating from the wider positions.
Our West Ham predicted XI against Derby had expected Nuno to keep the Wolves side unchanged, but the head coach has instead made two alterations.
Morato and Boiro wait for West Ham debuts
There is also significant interest on the bench.
Deadline Day arrivals Morato and Adama Boiro are both among the substitutes and could make their West Ham debuts during the second half.
Nuno has resisted the temptation to immediately change his central defence, with Max Kilman and Mavropanos continuing together.
Ollie Scarles also keeps his place at left-back.
