West Ham have reportedly ‘shown interest’ in Paris Saint-Germain full-back Layvin Kurzawa on deadline day.
The Hammers are expected to pursue late deals for a striker and a defender but will also consider a move for the perenially linked 29-year-old Frenchman.
That’s according to a report from Footmercato, as cited by journalist Santi Aouna on Twitter.

Aouna claims that the Irons along with Newcastle United have made their interest known in ‘recent hours’ as the 13-cap France ace looks for a route out of the Parisian giants.
This season Kurzawa has made just one appearance for Mauricio Pochettino’s side.
READ WEST HAM VERDICT
Valued at £8.1million and under contract in Paris until 2024 (Transfermarkt), any deal for the French left-back would likely come at a cost to the East London club.
However, way out of favour at the Ligue 1 table-toppers, the door would appear to be firmly open to bring Kurzawa to the London Stadium.
Experienced at the top level for both club and country, this would undoubtedly be a smart idea in terms of finding cover for the evergreen Aaron Cresswell.
Whether or not it would prove sufficient business to appease West Ham fans entirely is another matter.
One piece of action that Irons’ fans will welcome with open arms is a report from The Athletic claiming that the club have opened talks with Tomas Soucek over a new deal.
