According to a report from French outlet Foot Mercato, the Irons are keen on bringing the Frenchman to the London Stadium.
The report claims that Lyon, Aston Villa, Napoli, Inter Milan and Lazio have all been in conversation with the Ligue 1 leaders regarding the 13-cap ace.
This season Kurzawa has made just one appearance across all competitions for Mauricio Pochettino’s side.
READ WEST HAM VERDICT
Valued at £8.1million and under contract in the French capital until 2024 (Transfermarkt), signing the out of favour left-back should be a relatively straightforward venture.
Surplus to requirement at the Parc des Princes, it would appear that the only likely complications would come from the attack-minded ace’s entourage making negotiations difficult.
With first-choice option Aaron Cresswell seemingly facing a difficult time in recovery from a back issue, David Moyes is right to seek a positional understudy.
Having amassed 248 career appearances – most of which have come in the top-flight – Kurzawa would be a smart acquisition.
