West Ham reportedly ‘want to sign’ Sparta Prague striker Adam Hlozek on loan in January.
The Hammers are expected to enter the market for a centre-forward having failed to replace Sebastien Haller who left the club for Ajax at the start of 2021.
Hlozek has seemingly been on the radar at the London Stadium for some time and this mid-season window could see the Irons’ act on their long-standing interest.
That’s according to a report from 90min, as cited by Toby Cudworth on Twitter.
The report claims that West Ham ‘remain keen’ on the 19-year-old 12-cap Czech Republic ace and are ‘preparing’ to make an initial loan offer with an obligation to buy.
This season Hlozek has scored four times and provided eight assists in 20 appearances across all competitions.

Signing a striker has to be the top priority for David Moyes in January.
At present, the Irons only have Michail Antonio as a senior recognised option and are having to go to great lengths to ensure the 31-year old is fit and available for selection at all costs.
Valued at £15.3million and under contract until 2024 (Transfermarkt), any fee is likely to be upwards of £20million to make the deal permanent.
