West Ham are reportedly seen on two Championship stars following the news that Angelo Ogbonna is facing spending the majority of the season sidelined.
The 33-year-old Italian centre-back suffered an anterior cruciate ligament injury in the first half of the clash with Liverpool and could miss the remainder of the 2021//22 campaign.
Not one to rest on his laurels, Irons’ boss David Moyes is believed to be pursuing two possible replacements.
According to a report from FootballLeagueWorld, as cited on Twitter, QPR ace Rob Dickie and Middlesbrough defender Dael Fry are on the radar in east London.
The report claims that West Ham have already ‘made checks’ on the 25 and 24-year-old respectively.
Described as the ‘complete player’ by now ex-manager Neil Warnock, Fry has earned a 6.97 Sofascore rating from 11 league outings this season.
Meanwhile, Dickie has scored four times for QPR in 21 appearances across all competitions this season.

Signing a central defender is a must in January in order to suitably cope with Ogbonna’s loss.
Moyes is already facing a daunting schedule after Christmas and one less defensive option will only add to the stress on the squad.
Both former England youth internationals, on paper it would appear hard to split Fry and Dickie.
However, valued at £6.3million and with one year less remaining on a contract than Dickie, Fry would appear to be the shrewder option for the Hammers.
