Andriy Yarmolenko has reiterated his desire to stay at West Ham United and we feel that many Hammers fans could be delighted by his comments.
The Ukraine international has missed a large chunk of the season because of injury but admitted he’s still ready to stay with the Hammers.
West Ham insider ExWHUemployee recently suggested on the West Ham Way podcast (11/03/2020) that Yarmolenko could be sold this summer, but he shut down those rumours.
As quoted on Ukrinform, the winger said:
I feel fine at West Ham. I feel the support of fans. I like everything here.
It’s not necessary to talk about the level of the English Premier League so, at present, I want to stay here.

This could potentially please Hammers fans because of the quality that the winger possesses.
When fully fit, he is a handful, as he proved during the victory over Manchester United earlier this season, finding the back of the net and being named as the Man of the Match (BBC Sport).
He was also a standout during the away draw with Bournemouth, but his injury woes have halted his progress at the club.
Despite being sidelined since December, we feel that it is great to hear that he still has the desire and hunger to succeed, but we do believe that getting into the team could be a problem for him.
January arrival Jarrod Bowen has occupied the right-wing spot and already seems to be a big fan favourite, so having multiple quality options to choose from could be a good problem to have for David Moyes.
