Many West Ham fans want manager David Moyes to drop club captain Mark Noble to the bench for their upcoming matches.
The Hammers face London rivals Arsenal next and some fans don’t want to see the experienced midfielder in the starting line-up.
The Englishman started for the Hammers in midfield alongside Declan Rice, helping the team to a crucial victory over Southampton at the London Stadium.
However, some fans were not too impressed with his display. The midfielder only made one interception, whereas Rice made three. Noble also only made one clearance in the match, whilst Rice made five (WhoScored).
The captain was clearly struggling to have an impact on the match at both ends of the pitch, proven by the fact that he failed to even have a single shot on goal in the entire 90 minutes.
Noble has been a wonderful servant to the club throughout his career, playing 374 times in the top-flight and scoring 46 times in the competition.
But these fans on Twitter believe that his time in the team is coming to an end.
