Midfielder Edimilison Fernandes has left West Ham to join Bundesliga side Mainz 05 on a four year deal.
The midfielder, who spent last season on loan in Serie A with Fiorentina, with the Italian side having an option to make his move to Italy permanent.
However, Fernandes has now joined German side Mainz for an undisclosed fee, and is the fourth player to depart West Ham as part of manager Manuel Pellegrini’s Summer window.

Fernandes made 48 first-team appearances during his time at the Hammers, scoring the one goal in the EFL cup back in 2016.
On loan at Fiorentina, Fernandes scored two goals, and was thought to be heading back to Italy on a permanent deal.
However, Mainz have agreed to sign the player, meaning he will not return to Florence.
The move will bring in some funds for Pellegrini to use to sign some more talent for West Ham, with this being a key Summer for the Chilean boss and West Ham.
