West Ham United are set to rival Everton in the race to sign Christian Kouame from Genoa this summer, according to a report from Calciomercato.
The Ivorian forward has been in impressive form for his side throughout the campaign and appears to have earned plenty of interest from across Europe ahead of the upcoming transfer window.
Kouame has scored four goals and chipped in with six assists for Genoa, who are believed to value the 21-year-old at a sizable fee worth €30 million.

West Ham appear to be on the lookout for a new striker to add to their options this summer. They have most recently been linked with a move for Edin Dzeko, while Gremio star Everton Soares has also been listed as a target.
If they are to land Kouame, though, they will need to fend off competition from several clubs.
Premier League rivals Everton are also noted as potential suitors for the youngster, while Serie A heavyweights AC Milan and Napoli are reported to be keen.
