Nasri doubtful for Fulham clash
West Ham United midfielder Samir Nasri will miss Friday night’s Premier League clash with Fulham, according to a report on the Evening Standard.
The former Manchester City man joined the Hammers for free in December after his doping ban ended, but he has only played three times for the club.
Nasri has been nursing a calf problem in recent weeks and he has been working hard to recover from the problem in time for the match with relegation-threatened Fulham, but the match could come too soon for him.
Pellegrini said:
Maybe Lanzini and (Samir) Nasri can be included on the squad list.
They worked not only today but they worked the complete week. We will talk to the medical staff about whether we can use them.
The Frenchman has provided one assist in his three matches as he set up the winner against his former club Arsenal.
The Hammers currently sit in 10th place in the league table and will be looking for a London derby victory on Friday evening.
