West Ham could be close to securing the signing of Gabigol.
The Hammers are in almost desperate need of a new striker in the January transfer window, and some have suggested that the 22-year-old could be the man to alleviate Manuel Pellegrini’s injury crisis.
Gabigol, also known as Gabriel, also known as Gabriel Barbosa Almeida, is owned by Internazionale, but has spent the 2018 season on loan at Santos.
The return to his old club has proved fruitful for the Brazilian, who scored 27 goals in 53 appearances for his boyhood team.

However, multiple clubs are said to be keen on bringing the forward to the Premier League – including West Ham.
A Yahoo report (relayed by Sport Witness) claims that Gabigol is in negotiations with a club from the English top-flight, and will pursue a work permit for the United Kingdom.
If the Football Association look kindly upon the request, the Brazilian international could be arriving on these shores before January is up.
