West Ham have tabled an offer of £20m for Portuguese international Bruno Fernandes.

Sky Sports claim that West Ham have made their move for Fernandes as they look to bolster their midfield options this summer.
Fernandes featured for Portugal as they were knocked out of the World Cup by Uruguay in Russia earlier this week.
The 23-year-old scored 16 times for Sporting Lisbon last summer, with 11 goals in 33 league matches for the club.
West Ham have been linked with a number of creative midfielders since Manuel Pellegrini arrived, with Fernandes the latest name to be mentioned.
Real Madrid midfielder Mateo Kovacic is also thought to be a target for West Ham, following his performances for Croatia in the World Cup.
