West Ham tracking Lewis

West Ham are interested in Norwich City defender Jamal Lewis, according to TalkSport.

TalkSport journalist Geoff Peters claims that West Ham are keen on the youngster, along with a host of Premier League clubs.

Watford, Burnley, Bournemouth and Celtic are all thought to be interested in the young defender, who burst onto the scene last season.

The 20-year-old defender has one cap for Northern Ireland, which came in a friendly against South Korea.

The report also claims that Lewis is in no rush to leave Norwich, which could indicate that he will sign a new contract over the coming weeks.

Lewis made his debut on boxing day last year – against Birmingham – and scored his first senior goal against Chelsea in the FA Cup back in January.
