Diop signs 5-year contract with West Ham
Toulouse centre back Issa Diop has reportedly signed a five-year deal with West Ham, according to Get French Football News.
The 21-year-old has been a key target of Manuel Pellegrini during his first summer at the London Stadium, and it seems Diop will be his first confirmed signing.
A solid defensive presence, the Frenchman made 39 appearances in all competitions for his club last season, as Toulouse survived in the Ligue 1 relegation playoff.

Despite the lack of team success, Diop stood out as a hugely capable centre-half.
Showing great mental toughness and concentration, West Ham have decided to add the French u21 star to their defensive ranks.
Standing at 6’4, Diop is a physical defender, not afraid to use his frame to shield the ball to safety.
In addition to his defensive contributions, the Toulouse-born colossus netted on three occasions in the last campaign.
The five-year contract at West Ham will see the defender earn £70,000 a week, and also included a £2,100,000 signing bonus.
