West Ham are said to be interested in signing Arsenal midfielder Mohamed Elneny this month.
David Moyes is understood to be keen on recruiting a new holding midfielder ahead of the remainder of the season and, according to the Daily Mail, Egypt international Elneny is one who is under consideration.
Elneny has found first-team chances limited in an Arsenal shirt this season with all of Aaron Ramsey, Granit Xhaka and now Jack Wilshere favoured ahead of him. The case is the same with Francis Coquelin, who is also being linked with a move across London to West Ham.

Moyes is said to be considering a wide range of midfielders, including the likes of Jonjo Shelvey and Leander Dendoncker, and is stated to be a fan of Elneny and his qualities.
West Ham are sure to be keen on doing some business in the ongoing transfer window and it seems one of Coquelin or Elneny could come available.
