New West Ham boss David Moyes is keen on bolstering his options in January with the £15m double swoop of Harry Arter and Danny Ings, as reported by the Daily Star.
The former Manchester United is keen to take a risk on the injury-stricken Ings as he looks to reboot his career after a tough few years at Liverpool.
Moyes wants to offload Andre Ayew which would allow for him to make a move for the Liverpool man who has recently returned from injury.
Fellow Premier League sides Newcastle and West Brom are both interested in the player in what looks like being an interesting battle.

Bournemouth midfielder is also being monitored by Moyes after not featuring in three of their last four games as his side fight for relegation.
The £15m-rated Northern Ireland international is thought to be keen on a move as the chances at Bournemouth appear to be getting fewer and fewer with the competition which is on offer in the midfield.
