David Moyes will not rush back Javier Hernandez from injury

According to Sports Mole, David Moyes will not rush Javier Hernandez back from injury, due to the high number of games ahead for West Ham.

Chicharito has not been fit for either of Moyes’ games at The Hammers, after picking up a knock whilst on international duty with Mexico when Moyes became Slaven Bilic’s successor at the London Stadium.

Although many thought Hernandez won’t have much of a career under Moyes at West Ham after falling out when both were at Manchester United, they seemed to have put their differences aside, with Moyes believing in the Mexican to be in his long-term plans in East London.

In Moyes’ pre-match press conference for the game against his former club, Everton, on Wednesday, the Scotsman has come out and said this about Hernandez’ injury and return

He’s going to be a few days or a bit longer, but we want him back fit because we have so many games coming up.

West Ham are missing Hernandez, with Sakho, Carroll and youngster Martinez being their only striking options, who aren’t performing well enough or not given the right chance to prove.
