West Ham United manager Slaven Bilic is demanding more from summer signing Marko Arnautovic after the Austrian made a slow start to life as a Hammer but impressed in the Carabao Cup win against Bolton Wanderers with two assists, according to a report on UK Reuters.
The ex-Stoke City winger was signed by West Ham for around £25m in the summer and he is yet to live u to his price tag and Bilic believes he knows the reason why.

“I like him as a player but sometimes he gets happy with the few things that he does when I want him to push the borders,” the manager said.
Arnautovic had a nightmare performance last month when he was sent off against Southampton but Bilic is confident that he has returned with an extra hunger to succeed.
“I could have asked for more. I want him to do more. He’s got that quality and that something extra,” said Bilic after Tuesday night’s win.
The Hammers drew their last Premier league fixture against West Bromwich Albion and host London rivals Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday in an eagerly anticipated contest.
Arnautovic is West Ham’s record signing and the manager is hoping that he can step up his game to push West Ham forward this season.
