Newcastle manager Rafa Benitez would ‘seriously consider’ a move to West Ham if an opportunity is to arise, according to the Guardian.
The Magpies boss has placed his future at St James’ Park under scrutiny in recent times as he continues to air his frustrations at Newcastle’s failure to land his top targets.
Benitez led Newcastle back up to the Premier League but hasn’t really been sufficiently backed, further contributing to his side’s shaky start to the season.

However, West Ham have had an even worse start to the Premier League season, and may be considering potential suitors to replace Slaven Bilic at this early stage.
The Hammers sit rock bottom in the league table and with the club having spent a considerable amount of money this summer, it appears as though Bilic is under-performing.
As Benitez loses patience with Mike Ashley’s ethos at Newcastle, it looks as though he is setting his sights on the potential opportunity to manage West Ham.
