West Ham have been linked with a move for Manchester City outcast Joe Hart for some time now, and it’s looking as though they are keen to make a summer move for him.
However, according to the Telegraph, the Hammers are only willing to bring Hart in on loan at this stage.
The England international is looking set for a move away from the Etihad this summer, with him not being considered by Pep Guardiola for his upcoming second season with City.

Hart, who spent last season on loan with Serie A outfit Torino, is subject to plenty of Premier League interest, with Newcastle also cited with admiration in the former Birmingham shot-stopper.
The City ‘keeper is reportedly on £120,000 per week in Manchester, and the club are ready to demand a fee of around £20m for his services.
This has inevitably prompted West Ham to solidify their interest in a loan, as opposed to a permanent move.
