Manuel Lanzini is set to sign a new contract with West Ham soon, according to the Evening Standard.
The report claims that West Ham are confident Lanzini will sign a new deal with the club, committing his future to the Hammers.
There has been a lack of summer signing at the Olympic Stadium thus far – with Pablo Zabaleta on a free from Manchester City the only addition.
However, they have tied down players to new contracts, with Lanzini set to be the third man to commit to the club.
West Ham announced earlier today that Pedro Obiang signed a new five-year contract with the club, following on from Angelo Ogbonna’s new deal earlier this month.
The club are very keen to tie down Lanzini to an extended contract and expect it to go through this summer.
The report also claims that West Ham remain interested in signing Chelsea striker Michy Batshuayi and Burnley’s Andre Gray.
