West Ham appear to be holding a serious interest in signing Javier Hernandez from Bayer Leverkusen this summer, but they face competition from Tottenham Hotspur and Besiktas.
According to a report from Fanatik (h/t Turkish Football), the duo are both prepared to offer themselves as potential destinations for the Mexico international this summer.
It’s been claimed that it will take just £13m to lure Hernandez away from Leverkusen, which is a price that the majority of top European clubs will be able to cough up.

According to the reports in Turkey, Besiktas have lined up the experienced striker as a potential replacement for Vincent Aboubakar, who looks set to depart this summer.
Hernandez would be more likely to get first-team football on a consistent basis at West Ham rather than at Spurs, with Harry Kane very much the talisman for the Hammers’ London rivals.
The 29-year-old has just two years remaining on his current deal with the Bundesliga club.
