West Ham have been linked with a move for Besiktas midfielder Oguzhan Ozyakup for some time now, and it looks as though they are set to receive a boost in their pursuit.
The Hammers have been touted with a summer transfer for the Turkish international as he looks for a new challenge away from the Super Lig, and one potential destination for him was Marseille.
However, according to French news outlet La Provence, the Ligue 1 side have pulled out of the race to sign Ozyakup.

The 24-year-old is stated to be of no interest to Marseille, and it looks as though they will look towards other midfield targets this summer.
This could prove to be a big plus for West Ham this summer, as Ozyakup appears to be a genuine target, having been linked on several occasions already.
Slaven Bilic managed the midfielder during his time at Besiktas, and a reunion could very well be on the cards.
