West Ham youngster Reece Burke is reportedly set to spend next season on loan with Bolton Wanderers.
According to the Daily Mail today, the promising defender is poised to join the Wanderers as he looks to secure first team football ahead of the coming campaign.
Burke is highly regarded at West Ham and has been tipped for big things having impressed when called upon.
However, despite sporadic first team opportunities at the London Stadium early on in the 2016/17 campaign, it’s looking likely that he’ll be gaining experience elsewhere.
Burke’s fellow defender Reece Oxford has also been on the move recently. The impressive youngster sealed a switch to Bundesliga outfit Borussia Monchengladbach ahead of next season as he aims to refine his attributes out in Germany.
Bolton were promoted to the Championship last season having finished second in League One, so Burke is likely to have a good platform to work on if a deal is struck.
