According to the Daily Mail, West Ham are keeping tabs on Fleetwood Town goalkeeper Alex Cairns ahead of a possible summer move for the League One standout.
The 24-year-old has been a regular for Fleetwood over the last 18 months and has been in fine form this season, keeping 15 clean sheets as Uwe Rosler’s side find themselves firmly in contention for an automatic promotion place to the Championship.
Slaven Bilic began the season with Adrian as his No.1 goalkeeper but made the change to Darren Randolph just 12 games into the Premier League season.
The Irishman was solid but made a number key mistakes leading to goals, prompting Bilic to revert back to the Spaniard for the 0-0 draw against Everton last time out.
There has been talk that West Ham will be in the market for a goalkeeper in the summer with Manchester City’s Joe Hart mentioned as a top target for the Hammers.
Adrian’s contract is also set to expire in the summer, but the club do possess a two-year option which they are expected to exercise.
