According to Alfredo Pedulla, West Ham are interested in signing AC Cesena winger Antonino Ragusa.
The report says that Ragusa would cost £2.16m, which is more than affordable for the club.
It also says that West Ham have been impressed with the winger, after a number of eye-catching displays in Italy for Cesena in recent months.
The 26-year-old forward scored eight goals and registered seven assists in Serie B last season, which is not the most impressive statistics you will ever find, but West Ham have certainly seen something in him they like.
West Ham do currently have a number of attacking midfield and wide options, but Slaven Bilic feels that he needs more depth. This could be because of a potential Europa League group campaign, if they are able to brush past Astra in the second-leg of their play-off match.
West Ham drew 1-1 with Astra in the first leg and play them again next week.
