Norwich have rejected the £3m offer, with the Championship side wanting a larger fee for the left-back.

Bundesliga side FC Koln have also been linked with a £3.4m bid for the Swedish defender and will have to up their bid.

West Ham are actively searching for a left-back following an injury to Aaron Creswell. The West Ham man has been ruled out of action for up to four months after picking up an injury in a pre-season clash.

The Hammers will now have to come back in with a revised bid if they want to land the Norwich man. Olsson has just one year left on his contract at Norwich and is not expected to sign a new deal.
