West Ham and Watford ready to battle for Pereyra

Gazzetta dello Sport suggest that Juventus are willing to listen to offers for around €18-€20 million for the services of Argentina playmaker Roberto Pereyra, this comes after the Italian Champions snapped up Gonzalo Higuaín for a fee of €90 million.

Juventus are ready to listen to offers for Pereyra to try and recoup some money paid for the ex-Napoli hit man and it’s believed the midfielder is interested in a move to the Premier League with West Ham.

He has been made as surplus to requirements after the recent signing of Miralem Pjanic from Roma. It has been reported that both West Ham and Watford are interested in the Argentine, however, they will have tough competition from Serie A giants Napoli.

Reports surfaced last month that Watford was close to agreeing a fee with Juventus for the playmaker who had an injury hit season only making 13 appearances without scoring.

It was reported in May that West Ham were to enquire about Pereyra, it was again reinforced last month with interest however no initial bid has been made.
