West Ham are being linked with a move for Brighton star Solly March, who is also wanted by Southampton according to the Daily Echo.
The former Lewes midfielder joined Brighton for a reported £4,000 in the summer of 2011 as a teenager and has progressed through the ranks with the South Coast club into their first-team.
March was enjoying a great season last year having found the net three times and assisted twice in 16 Championship appearances before his season was derailed by a serious knee ligament injury.

The England U21 international is well on the road to recovery and Brighton have opened contract talks with March amid interest from Southampton and the Hammers.
Both Premier League clubs had scouts track the progress of the 21-year-old midfielder last season before he succumbed to a knee injury in December.
Mainly a right midfielder, March can play in the centre and on the left offering great versatility to his employers and could be a great under-the-radar signing by Slaven Bilic.
