Since securing promotion back to the Premier League via the play-offs back in 2012, West Ham have made some very good, and very bad signings in the transfer windows that have been and gone.
We took a look at that 2012 play-off final-winning side and where they are now, four years on from their 2-1 triumph over Blackpool.
Only three of the men that played that day are still at the club – James Tomkins, Winston Reid and club captain Mark Noble.
As for the other 10, well, you’ll have to read it to find out where they are.
The amount of squad turnover has been surreal, but not every move the Hammers make in the transfer window works out.
We’ve picked out ten of the worst signings West Ham have made in the four years since they returned to England’s elite.
We’re judging this on whether they justified their price-tag, their impact on the team but ultimately their (in most cases dismal) performances.
